4stance theory will make you change how you play in basketball or the other sport part2

After finding your type you know where your balance is!!!
This will enforce your sports ability because every type has different form of running, jumping, sitting, standing, etc
As I am a basketball coach I will talk about this in basketball.

many coach will say to you lift your heel up in defence position!! but this doesn't suit in type B1 and B2 because they are heel balanced. If they try to stance with heel up they will lose there balance also they will lose the power to kick their feet.
B1 and B2 they need to accumulate the power at the heel to move quickly.
Whereas A1 and A2 they use toe to produce power so they don't need to change much in defense stance.

In jumping A1 and B2 need to twist their body. A1 need to accumulate the power at around the thumb toe while B2 uses whole feet to accumulate the power.

A2 and B1 are parallel therefore they need to jump straight up. accumulating the power is A2 at the toe around little toe B1 at whole feet

motion of your shot might change in A type and B type



There are many players shoot 2motion if you are a A type because in shooting the weight goes forward and to balance the ball need to stop at certain point.
whereas type B prefer 1motion because it doesn't need to balance the body when they catch, they are balanced with whole feet therefore they can jump straight away when they catch the ball.

Type A players tends to have higher jump than type B and have better balance in the air.
type A players are Jordan, Kobe, LeBron
Type B players are Magic Johnson, Harden, Curry

type B can change to type A but type A are hard to change.

May be hard to understand about this theory but if you believe it, it might change your performance
