If you you find out your type in 4stance theory now its time to know how to run properly with your type.
If you run with your type it will make you run faster and longer.
A1 cross type:
while running balance and run with inside of the toe
because of balance at the toe make shoulder moves up, down, left and right
There is a point "pit of the stomach", "elbow", "knee" in the "index finger"
swing arms at the top of the upper body (around the chest)
Arms open slightly outside
swing arms from top to bottom

look at 10m-20m ahead of you
A2 parallel type:
while runnning balance and run with outside of your toe
Unlike A1 shoulder doesnt move much.
There is a point, "the back of the pit of the stomach", "elbow", "knee" in the "ring finger"
swings arms at the top of the the upper body (around the chest)
keep elbows close to your body, swing straight.
swing from bottom to top
